Foreign nationals from the following 46 countries may enter China without a visa for purposes such as business, tourism, visiting family or friends, or cultural exchange. Eligible travelers can stay in China for up to 30 consecutive calendar days from the date of entry until 24:00 on the 30th day. Since China implemented this unilateral visa exemption policy in December 2023, travel to China has become increasingly popular and trendy.
