  • The content offered (such as stories, route suggestions, or cultural highlights) is for entertainment and reference only.

2. Participant Responsibilities

  • Participants must ensure they are physically fit and capable of completing the walk.
  • Participants are responsible for their own safety, belongings, and personal health during the experience.
  • Participants agree to follow the instructions and respect public spaces and other participants.
  • It is strongly recommended that participants obtain personal accident or travel insurance before joining.

3. Liability Disclaimer

  • The Provider is not liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage arising during the activity, except where required by law.
  • The Provider is not responsible for third-party services (such as restaurants, shops, or transportation) that may be encountered along the route.
  • Information shared during the experience is provided in good faith but may not always be accurate or complete.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All materials related to the CityWalk experience (including route design, activities, and content) remain the intellectual property of the Provider.
  • They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

5. Media & Publicity

  • By attending the experience, participants consent to the Provider using photographs or videos taken during the activity for promotional purposes, unless they explicitly request otherwise in writing.

6. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the location where the experience is held.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation, and if necessary, through the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time.
