– Pricing: All prices are in the currency displayed and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change until booking confirmation.
– Travel Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all travel requirements (e.g., passports, visas, vaccinations). We are not liable for any issues arising from non-compliance.
– Third-Party Terms: Bookings may be subject to additional terms imposed by travel partners, which will be communicated during the booking process.
6. Payment
– Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, processed securely by third-party payment providers.
– Security: Payment information is encrypted and handled per industry standards. We do not store full payment details.
– Disputes: Contact us within 30 days of a transaction to report payment issues.
7. Intellectual Property and Use of Images
7.1 Ownership:
All content on the Site (www.findchinatour.com) and its subdomain (3D.findchinatour.com and partner.findchinatour.com), including but not limited to text, images, videos, 3D guided tours, logos, and software, is either owned by Changsha SEBAS Supply Chain Management Co. (FindChinaTour), licensed from third parties, or used with explicit permission from copyright holders. All such content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the People’s Republic of China and applicable international jurisdictions.
7.2 Hotel and Scenery Images
We use hotel and scenery images that are either:
- Created by FindChinaTour: These images are original works created by the FindChinaTour team. Each image includes embedded metadata identifying FindChinaTour or the specific team member as the author. Where applicable, the author is also credited in the image caption. All credited photographers are members of our team. A license from FindChinaTour is required for any commercial use of these images.
- Licensed or Permitted: We obtain explicit permission from photographers or copyright holders (e.g., hotels, tourism boards) for use on our Site and promotional materials. Where required, we provide attribution as agreed with the copyright holder.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use these images for any purpose without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use as permitted by law.
7.3 3D Guided Tours
- All 3D guided tours hosted on our subdomain (3D.findchinatour.com) are created and owned by FindChinaTour. These tours are our proprietary content and protected by copyright law.
- You may access and view 3D guided tours for personal, non-commercial use through our platform. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification of 3D tour content, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without our express written permission.
7.4 Sourced Images
Some images and photographs on our Site are sourced from third-party platforms, including Unsplash. Where applicable, we provide photo credit to the original author, either in the image caption or associated metadata. If the original author is unknown, we make reasonable efforts to verify the image’s licensing and usage rights before publishing. All images are used in good faith under the terms provided by the respective platforms.

– Refunds: Refund periods vary depending on the service (e.g., event experience, helicopter tour tickets, driving tour ) and third-party providers (e.g., hotels, scenery tickets). Please note if it is a Non-refundable bookings or refundable booking when you make your purchase. Refundable bookings often allow cancellations within 24–48 hours for full refunds or up to 10–30 days for partial refunds. Please check our separate terms for hotel and ticket booking services.
– Modifications: Changes to bookings are subject to availability and additional fees, as communicated during the process.
10. Limitation of Liability
– No Warranty: The Site and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
– Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindChinaTour’s liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific Service.
– Exclusions: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or travel disruptions caused by third parties or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
